Who this session is for

This session is for teams that are running hot: high output, high pressure, and not much room to decompress. It works especially well as a midday reset between back-to-back meetings, or as a wind-down at the end of an intense sprint, offsite, or company event. No experience with breathwork or meditation is needed. If your team can lie down or sit comfortably for an hour, they can do this.

Shallow breathing, a racing mind, and a constant sense of being "on" are signs that the nervous system needs deliberate support, not just a weekend. Serafima guides the group through a structured breathing practice followed by a soundbath, a deeply restorative immersion in live sound that settles the mind and releases held tension in the body.
